   How does the father respond (pp18-20)?
   Have you ever made a similar request of God?
2. What is good and bad about the younger brother’s plan (pp20-21)?
   When have you acted in the same way (toward God or others)?
3. How does the father’s response contradict the younger son’s prepared speech (pp22-24)?
   Who determines if *you* are worthy of God’s blessings?
4. How does the older brother insult their father (pp25-27)?
   Have you ever insulted the glory of God by insisting on justice when you see someone get Grace?
5. How is the father’s response to the older son the same as for the younger (pp27-28)?
   How is it different?
   Have you ever been challenged to “swallow your pride and come into the feast” of someone you didn’t think deserved a feast?
