Oh to be Griet!

For quite a while now I’ve been wanting to reference a blog that was influential in my mommy life. People with 3 small children have unusually busy lives for a season. For us, we are throwing a nomadic and inter-cultural lifestyle full of packing and moving on top. I found Read more…

Moving on

FYI, we are moving out this week, so our lives are in boxes and we’re not going to post pictures. I promise to catch up when life slows down a minute! We’ll be in Corvallis a few days then off to visit the grandparents in Seattle June 15-23. Hope to Read more…

Pigtails and puppydog tails

PEEKABOO! Actually, Anna doesn’t say that, sorry to disappoint you. She does have a sort of word-phrase of her own though: ‘they-ah-iz’. Rich Mullins wrote a gorgeous song praising God for creating the color green. People have often told me I Read more…

Debonaire

A few weeks ago we attended ‘Auntie Kayla’s’ wedding in Seattle. Everything was very formal and fancy when the boys arrived. They played around a bit on the dance floor while Anna and Grandma checked in with the ladies-in-waiting. They were very impressed by lighting, gorgeous flowers and silky dark, Read more…

I forgot to add the credit goes to my Mom for Anna’s photo-shoot wardrobe. She carefully saved some cute outfits that I used to wear in my toddler days. I think it’s a better color for Anna than me – she got the blue eyes! =)
